TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The client must:

Write correctly the address to where the purchase must be sent, carefully avoiding mistakes. SOYCUBANO will not be responsible of losses due to wrong addresses. In these cases, once the package will be returned, we can send you again, but the customer must pay, again, mail fares.

Sign the delivery tag which will be produced when receiving the merchandise in order to verify it arrived harlmessly.


Soycubano liabilities:

Having a detailed inventory of all merchandise to be sold.

Preparing your request and deliver it to your dealer before 72 hours.

Accepting request claims made by customers who has not received their orders 45 days after the purchase. In this case the customer may request ventas.pinturas@soycubano.com sending a new delivery with no extra charge, or refund his, or her, money.

Sending a new delivery to the customer, with no extra charge, in order to replace the requested merchandise and the one which may be damaged or broken.


Independently of the aforementioned, SOYCUBANO is willingly ready to settle, friendly and satisfactorily, for both parties, any unpredicted situation. We thank you for any help or suggestion to better our service.
